At Medical & Sports Massage we stay current on medical massage studies, as a result we are able to treat symptoms related to fibromyalgia Oncology massage, lymphatic drainage, just to name a few--We use our techniques and skill sets to help people with acute and chronic health issues to enjoy quality of life.

Our mission is to empower the life of every individual who receives the gift of massage from our practice. Massage allows the body to maintain proper blood circulation throughout all muscle groups & internal organs. One will gain increased range of motion as we work out the tension in your muscles, which will have a positive effect on your tendons, ligaments, & joints.

We offer cryo-therapy as well. Which is cold air. This treatment is comparable to ice packs, and ice bath- with out the pain of the ice bath- you will have instant relief of joint and muscle pain- We recommend 2-3 sessions a week to receive the best results until your body hold the work for 4 weeks then you can come back as needed. Pairing cryo-therapy with massage will add years to your life and allow you to function pain free. Our clients can train harder, sleep better, have tighter skin, and keep weight down.

Reflexology allows us to released block meridians throughout your many systems of your body- from your nervous system, to your large and small intestines, your glands, and hormones. Reflexology is very soothing. Anyone who suffers from high anxiety I strongly recommend that you add 30 minutes of reflexology to your session.
