Volunteer for a Better Sandy Springs Day

Join us for our 16th annual community-wide service day, sponsored by Leadership Sandy Springs, on Saturday April 21, 2018 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Choose from 21 work sites, including nonprofit and civic organizations, public schools and parks in the Sandy Springs area, to enhance the grounds, spruce up with paint, clean up watersheds, or help shelve canned goods. Hundreds of Sandy Springs volunteers gather together at a kickoff at North Springs Charter High School (7747 Roswell Rd) for a fun pep rally and then disburse to one of the sites. exhibiting their civic pride through hundreds of service hours. The free event, which will take place rain or shine, is dependent upon volunteers to assist in improvement projects.

Registration has begun on LSS' webiste: https://goo.gl/V7VhSG. The first 500 registrants will receive a free breakfast and T-shirt to mark the occasion. Sandy Springs Mayor Rusty Paul will be on hand to inspire and personally thank volunteers. Groups are encouraged to participate. See you there!
