Event Description:

First Course: Roasted Golden Beet salad paired with Schramsburg Blanc de Blanc North Coast . 
Second Course: San Francisco Bay Scallop Coppino paired with Franciscan Oakville Estate Chardonnay Napa Valley. 
Third Course: Vitner's Filet paired with Oberon Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley. 
Fourth Course: Warm Butter Cake with coffee and or tea.
