It's that time of year again! Executive Chef Linda Harrell from Cibo e Beve presents her famous Feast of the Seven Fishes, an Italian-American celebration of Christmas Eve. The traditional meal consists of seven dishes containing different types of fish and seafood, and Chef Linda's interpretation is no different.
Highlights of this menu include Tuna crusted with pistachio, sun dried tomato mousse and arugula for $29, Charred octopus, beet hummus, and roasted potato for $15, and Lobster Risotto with a half portion for $18 or full for $29. Guests can opt for a tasting menu featuring all the items for $85, which allows the diner to taste a little of everything. The restaurant will be serving this holiday menu on Christmas Eve during normal Saturday dinner hours from 5:00-11:00PM.
