Event Description:
Bump Day is hosted on the 1st Hump Day (Wed) of every month and is geared toward planning, expecting, and new mothers in addition to their spouses and support system. We have created a safe, fun and enjoyable environment for education, pampering, and more. This event was birthed in order to inform families of the various resources that are available to them through pregnancy and beyond. It is also designed to answer the many questions that are in your head but you don't have any professionals to answer them. Along with the host, Dr. Griffiths, there will be other birth professionals (ie. midwives, doulas, breastfeeding consultant, etc) in to lend support and knowledge.
Various topics will be covered - webster technique, labor support, post partum support, nutrition, money saving tips, spousal support and etc.
Door prizes and Light Snacks will be provided!!
